Yes. KRU runs conversational studies with structured deliverables: verbatims, prioritized findings, and actionable reports. It offers qualitative depth at quantitative scale. It doesn't replace every methodology — it complements and deepens where a traditional survey falls short.
How does it compare to a traditional survey?
A survey asks the same questions of everyone; KRU adapts the flow to each answer, follows up on the why, and captures verbatims in context. Traditional surveys often get brief answers; a conversation gets the why behind the number.
What is brand health tracking with KRU?
Recurring conversational measurement in waves: awareness (unaided and aided), consideration, perception, and attribute association. Each wave uses the same methodology to compare trends and flag movement, with verbatims that explain the change.
Where do participants come from?
From the client's own bases, with proper consent, or audiences the client provides. KRU does not sell panels or third-party lists — we work with people your operation already has the right to contact.
How is this different from a chatbot or a broadcast tool?
A chatbot answers questions; KRU drives conversations toward a verifiable goal. A broadcast tool sends mass messages; KRU listens, adapts the flow, and confirms outcomes. Every conversation — won or lost — generates a structured record for diagnostics.
How do you make sure a goal really happened?
We use confirmation contracts: a goal is marked complete only when there's verifiable evidence per your campaign rules — not because someone said yes. The verification type depends on the goal (document received, appointment booked, order confirmed, etc.).
What happens when someone asks for a human?
It's always honored. The engine detects the request and triggers immediate handoff per your configured rules — whether notifying your team, pausing the conversation, or providing a direct contact.
Is the AI honest with the people it talks to?
Yes. KRU is designed to be truthful: no inflated offers, no fake urgency or invented social proof. If someone seriously asks whether they're talking to an automated system, the engine answers honestly.
How do you handle personal data and documents?
We collect only what's needed for the campaign goal, with transparency about each data point's purpose. Documents are routed through secure channels per your instructions. We never request passwords, bank account numbers, PINs, or verification codes.
How can people opt out?
With any phrasing — "stop", "don't message me", "unsubscribe". Opt-out is instant and permanent for that person in that campaign.
How long does it take to launch a campaign?
It's configuration, not code. Most campaigns launch in days, not months. Exact timing depends on goal complexity, required documents, and needed integrations.
What do I get in reporting?
